Filer Login Instructions

If you are an attorney admitted to practice in New York State, you must enter the Registration Number and Password from your New York State Unified Court System Attorney Online Service Account to log in to Court-PASS. If you do not have an account, you may create an account here.

If you are not an attorney admitted to practice in New York, please call the Clerk’s Office at 518-455-7701 or 7702 during business hours for guest credentials, which will allow you to log in to Court-PASS.

A valid Login Number for a pending Court of Appeals case is required. Login Numbers will be provided in a scheduling letter to all parties appearing in a case.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Filers must complete an attestation form to ensure that confidential and certain personal information is not disclosed to the public.
